Following a very successful Moveable Feast on the 17th June, we raised £2000 on the night with the hope that we will get some matched funding from Barclays as well.

The event had two clusters one in the town and one on the seafront.  The guests met at the Town Hall and this is where they started their evening, they then went by the train to the seafront eateries which were the Imperial, Furzedown and Burlington.  The town cluster went to Friends Bistro, Quayside Plaza and The Star.

Each cluster had three groups and they changed eatery for each course.  The guests then returned to the Town Hall for the raffle and drinks to finish the evening off.

A massive Thank You to those who supported the event !

Holiday Raffle Winners

The Great Yarmouth Mayor picked the winner of our holiday raffle, and the 2nd and 3rd places.    Also pictured are the main ticket sellers of the raffle so a big thank you to Barbara, Robert and Tony for their help and support.  The holiday was won by  K Devine, fantastic as she has never won anything before in her life.  The hampers were won by D Howlett and G Ramster.  Well done to the winners and a big thank you to all those that supported the raffle and helped with selling the tickets.  The charity raised £650 from the raffle.

Please don't forget about the Embrace run on the 27th July.  Entry packs are now available from the Louise Hamilton Centre and Bwell gym. Also this is the last week to book places for the Moveable Feast  event.
